Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have a receipt of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we are in receipt of the item.  We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return in approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  The number of days it takes for you to recieve your credit depends on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we are experiencing a volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1st Class (up to 1kg) £4.55; (up to 2kg) £6.50 – Aims to deliver the next working day

2nd Class (up to 2kg) £4.00 – Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days
